Quick Event Policies

01Admission+
Adults are $25; children ages 7+ are $10; ages 6 and under are free. Vehicle and Vendor packages include one adult admission. Extra guests or workers may need tickets.
02Registration+
A completed form and the correct payment are both required. One without the other does not secure registration.
03Space Availability+
Vehicle and Vendor spaces are limited and become confirmed only after both the required form and payment are received.
04Promotional Payments+
The $50 Vehicle promotional payment is non-refundable, waives the regular $25 adult admission fee, and leaves a $0 balance. The $50 non-refundable Vendor deposit waives the regular $25 admission fee and leaves a $75 balance due by the day of the event before setup.
05Accuracy & Transfers+
Provide complete, accurate information. Transfers to another person, vehicle, or business require organizer approval.
06Weather+
Severe weather or unsafe conditions may cause postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation. Any refund, transfer, or credit follows the official weather policy.
